In Network Development, we offer strategic planning and implementation services to expand and optimize South Africa’s transportation network. Our Network Development services include feasibility studies/ desktop studies, and environmental assessments.
- Central Office
The Central Office team headed by the Chief Operating Engineer is Accountable for the Infrastructure Assets Register, Condition Reports, Routine Operations and Capital Budgets, Coordinated Production Plans, Maintenance and Emergency Action Plan Preparedness (Infrastructure) Works Execution in accordance with Municipal Business Plans and Operational objectives.
The Central Office team also provides Network and Development Support Services to the operating businesses. Our Network Development services include feasibility studies/ desktop studies, and environmental assessments. In addition to the typical engineering services, we offer assistance with team management and team building, and assistance with employee selection, staffing, and recruitment.
- Depot Office
The Depot office team headed by the Depot Operations Engineer is Responsible for the Execution of Network Directives and Execution of the Annual Infrastructure Maintenance Engineering Plans in accordance with the Directives and the Infrastructure Maintenance Engineering Depot Annual Budget.
